Overview

Heat Screen GOLD(TM) solves the problem of heat from engines and exhaust intruding into interiors and components. Manufactured from our high temperature metalized polyimide lamination, bonded to a robust 20oz heat treated glass fiber base material, Heat Screen GOLD is a reflective heat protection barrier that will protect and keep components cool in the most demanding applications. Able to reflect direct heat up to 800°F makes this the perfect choice to keep critical components air intakes and interiors cool and protected. Heat flux test shows 36% reduction of temperature. 20oz. heat treated base glass Base glass radiant heat to 1100°F .031 in. thick Mechanically fasten or use DEI Hi-Temp Adhesive *DO NOT apply directly to exhaust components.
