By accessing or using QuickShiftParts.com, creating an account, placing an order, submitting payment information, or accepting delivery of products ordered through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Return Policy, and any order terms presented at checkout.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services and do not place an order.

We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is complete, accurate, or error-free.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices.

Product availability is subject to change. Some items are shipped from distributor warehouses and availability may vary.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, hold, or request verification for any order before or after payment authorization, including orders affected by pricing errors, inventory changes, suspected fraud, payment risk, shipping restrictions, or incomplete customer information.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize QuickShiftParts, our payment processor, and our service providers to authorize, capture, settle, and, when applicable, re-present charges for the order total, taxes, shipping, adjustments, approved substitutions, return charges, and other amounts permitted by these terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, contact, vehicle, and order information. Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable information may be delayed, cancelled, or held for review.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Unless QuickShiftParts confirms a different written resolution, refunds are conditioned on timely return approval, issuance of an RMA when required, receipt of the returned item, inspection, and confirmation that the item qualifies for refund.

If a refund, credit, payment reversal, or provisional bank credit is issued before QuickShiftParts receives and inspects the merchandise, you remain responsible for returning the merchandise promptly and in the required condition. Failure to return merchandise after receiving a refund or payment reversal may result in re-invoicing, collection, recovery action, or reversal of the refund where permitted.

Products are sold “as-is” with manufacturer warranties where applicable. QuickShiftParts does not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. Product descriptions, fitment data, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and should be verified before purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLM Motorsports & Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or lost profits.
