S&S Cycle 2007+ BT 4-1/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly w/o Sprocket Shaft Bearing Race

Overview

This 4-1/8" stroke 8-1/2" diameter flywheel assembly is a replacement for the flywheels in S&S T111 engines for 2007-'16 big twin models. It also fits 2007-'16 HD® big twin engines, when not using stock pistons, and S&S® T111 engines. Wrist pin ends of connecting rods are full width. Sprocket shaft does not have a stock style bearing race pressed on. This flywheel assembly is for crankcases with Timken® sprocket shaft bearing.

• Assembly is trued to less than .0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, making them capable of higher rpm and fully compatible with gear drive cams.
• Flywheels are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die, steel forgings, which are 114 percent stronger than late style stock steel flywheels
• Fully assembled with premium quaility S&S® heavy duty 7.659" connecting rods, with tapered wrist pin ends, and dynamically balanced
• The only joints in the assembly are where the 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels
• Pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel
• Flywheel assembly is three piece design
